Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and incorporate it into production schedules, forecasts, and plans.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other industry regulations.
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including risk assessments, work instructions, and test plans.
- Utilize CAD software, ERP systems, and project management tools to monitor and track project progress.
- Support recent product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Unit on planning and executing the ramp-up and ramp-down products, connecting with Demand and Inventory planning.
- Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of RM materials as per customer demand.
- Handle SAP demand planning monthly/weekly plan across value stream as per the customer demand.
- Reporting matrix (Plan Vs Actual, Shortages, SAP compliance, production status).
- Supervise the compliance to SOPs in daily operations.
- Manage scheduling team responsible for creating and maintain production schedules.




- Work with production and purchasing teams to align supply plan to demand plan.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and RM purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and maintain production schedules that optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Determining the timeline for production completion. Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify significant business risks and propose mitigation plans to the leadership teams.
- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the SIOP process and provide reports to senior management.
