About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect - Data, Identity Technology to define and drive enterprise-wide architecture strategies across data, identity, security, cloud, platforms, and integration.

The role will be responsible for establishing architecture principles and standards, designing scalable and secure enterprise platforms, driving technology modernization, and partnering with business, engineering, cybersecurity, and technology leadership to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Data Architecture

- Define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture principles, frameworks, and standards .

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, operational systems, and regulatory reporting .

- Establish frameworks for Data Governance, Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Lineage .

- Drive data modernization initiatives involving cloud-native architectures, data lakes, and lakehouse platforms .

- Define enterprise integration standards and API-based architecture patterns.

- Establish standards for data security, accessibility, retention, auditability, and lifecycle management.

Identity Access Architecture
- Define and drive the enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) strategy.

- Architect and establish enterprise solutions for:

- Single Sign-On ( SSO )

- Multi-Factor Authentication ( MFA )

- OAuth 2.0

- OpenID Connect

- SAML

- Identity Federation

- Identity Governance Administration ( IGA )

- Privileged Access Management ( PAM )

- Drive adoption of Zero Trust Architecture and identity governance principles.

- Ensure secure and seamless access across applications, APIs, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.

- Establish identity and access architecture standards aligned with enterprise security requirements.

Architecture Technology Leadership
- Partner with engineering, product, security,



and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and architecture strategies .

- Lead architecture reviews and establish enterprise-wide technology standards.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Mentor engineering and architecture teams and promote architecture best practices.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to ensure secure-by-design implementations.

- Drive architecture modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Governance Compliance
- Ensure architecture and technology solutions comply with applicable security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements .

- Define standards for:

- Data Retention

- Auditability

- Access Controls

- Data Governance

- Identity Governance

- Support enterprise risk management and information security initiatives.

- Establish architecture governance frameworks and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior business leaders, technology leadership, engineering teams, and cybersecurity teams.

- Collaborate with external technology vendors and strategic partners.

- Drive cross-functional and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

- Communicate complex architecture concepts and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related discipline.

- Masters degree in a relevant field would be preferred.

- Relevant certifications in Cloud, Data Architecture, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Identity Management would be an advantage.

Experience
- 15+ years of overall technology experience .

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Identity Architecture, Platform Architecture, or related architecture roles .

- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technology platforms and transformation programs .

- Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments , or other large-scale technology environments.

- Experience working across complex enterprise technology ecosystems involving data, cloud, security, identity, integration, and digital platforms.

- Demonstrated experience leading architecture governance and large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
