Position Title: HRBP

Department: HR & Admin

Location: Kandivali

Reports to: BU HR Head

Role Overview: The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development. The role requires handson execution of HR processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to design and implement peoplecentric programs that strengthen organizational capability and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business units to identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
- Design and execute Talent Management frameworks including capability mapping, performance management, and individual development plans.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives such as townhalls, surveys, recognition programs, and culturebuilding activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver L&D; programs aligned with business priorities, including onboarding,



functional training, and leadership development.
- Facilitate performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and employee development conversations.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, training effectiveness) and recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving queries and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 36 years of HR experience with exposure to TM, EE, and L&D;.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Handson experience in designing and executing HR programs.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Location preference: Kandivali, Mumbai.
