Role & responsibilities

Customer Focus: Drive NPS

- Greet customers, train team to do the same

- Ensure exceptional service and resolve queries/complaints at store level

- Build long-term customer relationships

Drive Sales vs Plan

- Achieve daily/monthly sales, conversion targets

- Allocate targets to staff, motivate team to drive results

- Analyze performance, build sales leadership culture

People Development & Attrition Control

- Recruit, onboard, train, coach staff using Lenskart training modules

- Give feedback, evaluate training needs with L&D; team

- Control attrition, maintain morale, schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing

Store Operations / Cash & Inventory

- Manage complete daily operations - opening/closing, POS, cash reconciliation

- Stocktakes, inventory accuracy, merchandise availability

- Ensure SOP compliance, cleanliness, visual merchandising and product quality .
