Experience: 7-10+ Years in Sales / Project Sales / Building Materials / ACP Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Pan India sales strategies to achieve business, revenue, and growth objectives for Archer ACP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with A+ and A-grade Architects, Developers/Builders, Faade Consultants, Faade Fabricators, and Corporate Clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, including Corporate Presentations, Group Presentations, and Brand Awareness activities.
- Drive product specification and inclusion of Archer ACP products in project BOQs.
- Provide sales support and guidance to the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Accompany team members for important client/project visits and assist them in resolving critical business challenges.
- Take ownership of overall Pan India sales performance, business development, project specification, and revenue generation for Archer ACP.

- Solid leadership and Pan India sales management experience.




- Excellent network among Architects, Builders, Developers, Faade Consultants, and Faade Fabricators.
- Strong understanding of project sales and specification sales.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and key account management capabilities.
- Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a geographically distributed sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MIS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and business growth.

Preferred Industry Background

- Candidates from ACP, faade, building materials, architectural products, construction materials, or allied project-sales industries with strong architect/specification networks will be preferred.
