Role Overview

- We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce leader to drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling physical product businesses to 10Cr+ annual sales on Shopify or Amazon/Flipkart. If youve successfully managed both, thats a strong advantage.
- This role is pivotal in shaping customer experience, optimizing operations, and owning the P&L; for Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Strategy & Growth

- Own endtoend Ecommerce roadmap across D2C and marketplaces.
- Drive revenue growth through performance marketing, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

Customer Experience (CX) & UI/UX

- Oversee website design, navigation, and conversion optimization.
- Ensure seamless customer journeys and high satisfaction scores.

Operations & Fulfillment

- Manage order fulfillment, 3PL partnerships, and logistics efficiency.
- Oversee inventory planning, reconciliations, and operational SLAs.

Financial & P&L; Ownership

- Monitor sales, margins,



and operating costs.
- Deliver profitability targets and ensure accurate reconciliations across channels.

Marketplace Management

- Scale Amazon/Flipkart business lines to 10Cr+ annual sales.
- Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace advertising.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

- Minimum 8-12 years in Ecommerce leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C Shopify stores or Amazon/Flipkart businesses to 10Cr+ annual sales.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong grasp of UI/UX, CX, and digital operations.
- Expertise in performance marketing, retention marketing, and analytics.
- P&L; management and financial acumen.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and external partners.

Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
