We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager on behalf of our client (ewshopping.com), a growing e-commerce company, to drive online sales, revenue growth and marketplace performance across its website and leading e-commerce platforms.

Desired candidate profile:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management or Online Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, eBay or similar marketplaces.
- Proven track record of achieving online sales and revenue targets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify and the company website.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC and advertising performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, assortment and digital merchandising.
- Plan and execute online campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Analyze customer, market and competitor trends and lead the e-commerce team to drive sales growth and profitability.
