Travel Operations Manager Vietnam & Bali | Groups & MICE

Role & responsibilities:

* Drive sales and business development for Vietnam & Bali products across key markets

* Handle Groups & MICE enquiries, proposals, and end-to-end requirements

* Develop customized itineraries and competitive quotations based on client needs

* Build strong relationships with travel agents and drive successful booking closures

* Support, guide, and mentor the team to achieve sales and operational objectives

* Monitor team performance and provide hands-on support for complex enquiries and bookings

* Identify opportunities to enhance and expand Vietnam products and experiences

* Continuously review pricing, itineraries, and services to improve market competitiveness

* Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

* Drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction





* Manage operational and back-office responsibilities effectively

* Collaborate across teams and share responsibilities to ensure overall business efficiency
