Key Responsibilities

- Research and collect company and professional data from online sources.
- Build targeted lists of potential clients and business prospects.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads, Sales Heads, and HR leaders.
- Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other research platforms for data collection.
- Verify company information, job titles, websites, and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate databases using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Clean and update existing databases and remove duplicate or inaccurate information.
- Conduct competitor and market research.




- Support the sales and marketing team with research and prospect lists.
- Complete daily and weekly data-research targets.

Requirements

- Good internet research skills.
- Comfortable using Google Search, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with repetitive data tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Good written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn recent tools and processes.

Good to Have

- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in lead generation or data research.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
