Role & responsibilities
- Validation, and implementation of advanced renal diagnostic assays and reporting frameworks.
- Interpret complex native and transplant kidney biopsies using light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy techniques.
- Reporting of Renal biopsies with TAT
- Ensure compliance with CAP, NABL, ISO 15189, validation protocols, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Collaborate with nephrologists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
- Ability to write scientific publications, research initiatives, and adoption of next-generation pathology technologies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Renal Pathology / Post doctorial Fellowship in Renal Pathology
