Position: InDesign Operator (DTP Work) - Books/Journal

Location: MOhan Co-operative Estate, Badarpur, South Delhi

Experience: 1 10 years

Role & responsibilities

- Create recent Design/Template as per brief
- Knowledge of international and national styles
- Responsible for formatting/layout of text of the books as per the standard operating procedure of the company.
- Able to understand and follow the layout protocol without any error.
- Able to perform under deadlines, and pro-active in improving the quality and efficiency of the work with new ideas.
- Minimum experience of 1+ years in Books typesetting in InDesign.
- Deep understanding of composition, typography, text formatting and laying out capabilities - MathType, Table Creation, Charts in InDesign

Preferred candidate profile

- Creative and imaginative with an eye for Design, balance, and layout
- Able to create a design that expresses an idea or concept
- Familiar with InDesign, Coral draw, PageMaker, Photoshop and Illustrator software
- Excellent at taking a concept and turning it into a Design
