The prospect: Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi

Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of high-quality advisory engagements across CSR strategy, program design, implementation support, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, partnership development, and social sector research. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of development sector ecosystems.
- Lead and support consulting engagements related to CSR strategy, program design, need assessments, baseline studies, impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation, and social impact advisory.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including primary and secondary data collection, analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
- Develop strategic recommendations, assessment frameworks, theories of change, results frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Contribute to the preparation of client-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and knowledge products.
- Support clients in conceptualizing and strengthening CSR portfolios aligned with business priorities and development needs.
- Assess effectiveness, sustainability, and scalability of social impact programs.
- Support design and operationalization of monitoring systems and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Facilitate field assessments, stakeholder consultations, beneficiary interactions, and validation exercises.
- Engage with corporate CSR teams, foundations, implementation partners, government departments, donor agencies,



academic institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, focus group discussions, consultations, and capacity-building sessions.
- Support partnership identification and ecosystem mapping exercises.
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, opportunity identification, and market research activities.
- Support creation of sectoral insights, benchmarking studies, case studies, and knowledge repositories.
- Track emerging trends, policy developments, and innovations across the social impact and CSR landscape.

Requirements

Qualification

- Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Health, Rural Management, Economics, Sociology, Gender Studies, Environmental Studies, or related disciplines; Master of Business Administration

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in the development sector, CSR, social impact consulting, multilateral agencies, foundations
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering research, assessments, CSR program implementation, or CSR advisory engagements
