Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
- Check customer satisfaction and handle basic customer requests politely.
- Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals.




- Prepare and present bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
- Assist the restaurant team during busy hours and special events.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
