Job Overview:

Airbezz Express Private Limited is looking for a Logistics Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer inquiries, sales leads, quotations, customer onboarding and day-to-day logistics coordination.

The candidate will handle E-commerce parcel inquiries, Meta leads, B2B customer calls, international courier quotations, Air Freight & Sea Freight inquiries, KYC, onboarding and shipment operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingHandle incoming E-commerce and international shipping inquiries.
- Follow up with leads received through Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), WhatsApp and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to B2B customers, exporters, e-commerce sellers and SMEs.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations for International Courier, Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Follow up with customers from inquiry and quotation stage until booking confirmation.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Customer Onboarding & KYCOnboard new customers and explain the company's shipping process.
- Collect and verify required KYC and business documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment information.
- Coordinate with customers for invoices, packing details, product information and other required documents.
- Logistics OperationsCoordinate day-to-day shipment operations after booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with courier partners, freight forwarders and internal operations teams.
- Manage shipment booking, pickup coordination and dispatch follow-ups.
- Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers.




- Coordinate for documentation, customs-related requirements and shipment issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Customer and Operations teams.
- CRM & ReportingMaintain customer inquiries, leads, quotations and follow-up records.
- Update CRM/Excel/software with customer and shipment details.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure no active lead is missed.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of International Courier / Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
- Basic understanding of Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Experience in B2B sales and customer handling will be preferred.
- Ability to handle Meta-generated leads and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of KYC and shipment documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and customers simultaneously.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.
