- Operate CNC glass edging/processing machines safely and efficiently.
- Set machine parameters according to glass size, thickness, edge profile and production requirements.
- Read and understand production drawings, job cards and work instructions.
- Perform glass loading, unloading, positioning and proper machine setup.
- Check edge quality, dimensions, thickness and finishing as per specifications.
- Monitor machine operation and identify abnormal noise, vibration or processing issues.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication and routine maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling of glass to avoid scratches, breakage and damage.
- Maintain production records, rejection details and machine-related reports.
- Follow all safety, PPE, quality and housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality team for production and quality issues.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Glass Edging / Glass Processing
