Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and process-driven Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling inventory movement, order fulfillment, and maintaining accuracy in stock and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inward and outward movement of goods with proper verification
- Perform picking, packing, and dispatch of orders as per process
- Ensure barcode labeling of all inward materials in coordination with support staff
- Maintain accurate GR Entry and Purchase Entry in the system
- Organize and reshelve items in designated storage locations
- Maintain clean and systematic storage practices for easy retrieval
- Assist in perpetual stock audits and report discrepancies




- Ensure invoice and document handling is complete and accurate
- Follow standard operating procedures for quality and error-free execution

Key Expectations:

- Attention to detail and discipline in following processes
- Basic understanding of inventory handling (ERP knowledge is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Team player with a responsible attitude
- Physical readiness to handle warehouse activities
