Digital Marketing Manager / Head

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager / Head to lead our complete digital marketing and growth function.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics, Local SEO, AEO/GEO, Conversion Optimization and Customer Acquisition.
This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute campaigns, manage teams and agencies, analyze performance, and take ownership of measurable business growth.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated digital marketing strategy that increases brand visibility, organic traffic, qualified leads, customer acquisition, conversions and overall online presence.
- Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual digital marketing plans.
- Define marketing objectives, KPIs, budgets and growth targets.
- Identify new digital acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies based on market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity.
- Align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Continuously test, measure and optimize marketing strategies.
2. SEO — Search Engine OptimizationOwn and lead the complete SEO function, including:
- Technical SEO
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Local SEO
- Keyword research and search-intent analysis
- Competitor SEO analysis
- Internal linking strategy
- Content optimization
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Heading and page structure optimization
- URL structure
- Crawlability and indexability
- Structured data / Schema Markup
- Sitemap and robots.txt management
- Core Web Vitals and page performance
- Image and media SEO
- Backlink strategy and link quality analysis
- SEO audits and technical recommendations
- Organic traffic and ranking growth
The candidate should be capable of working closely with developers and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- 3. Local SEODevelop and manage Local SEO strategies.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and local search presence.
- Build location-based SEO strategies.
- Develop city, area and locality-level landing-page strategies.
- Improve local search visibility and discovery.
- Manage local citations and relevant business listings.
- Monitor local rankings and competitors.
- Develop strategies for "near me" and location-based searches.
4. AEO, GEO & AI Search OptimizationStay ahead of the changing search ecosystem and develop strategies for:
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- AI Search visibility
- AI-generated search results
- Search experiences across Google AI features and other AI platforms
- Entity and brand visibility
- Structured content and FAQ optimization
- Knowledge-base and informational content optimization
- Brand mentions and authoritative digital presence
The candidate should understand how traditional SEO is evolving toward AI-assisted search and answer-based discovery.
- 5. Google Ads / PPCPlan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max and relevant campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop ad copy and landing-page strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets.
- 6. Meta AdsPlan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance.
- Test creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Develop remarketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Work with designers/content teams to improve creative performance.

Social Media MarketingDevelop and execute social media strategies.
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns.
- Improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and trends.
- Identify relevant social-media growth opportunities.
- Develop campaigns around festivals, events, launches and business milestones.
- Analyze social-media performance and improve content strategy.
- 8. Content MarketingDevelop a data-driven content marketing strategy.
- Plan blogs, landing pages, guides, FAQs, social content and other digital assets.
- Map content to different stages of the customer journey.
- Identify content gaps and search opportunities.
- Work with writers, editors, designers and subject-matter experts.
- Ensure content is useful, original, accurate and search-friendly.
- Develop content strategies for both SEO and AI/search visibility.
9. Analytics & Performance MarketingUse data to make marketing decisions.
The candidate should be comfortable working with:

- Track CAC, CPL and conversion performance.

- 12. CRM & Marketing AutomationWork with CRM systems and customer databases.

- Support WhatsApp and other permitted marketing automation initiatives.

- Coordinate with technology/product teams on marketing automation.
- 13. Brand BuildingStrengthen the company's digital brand presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

- Identify opportunities for PR, partnerships and digital collaborations.

- 14. Competitor & Market ResearchMonitor competitors' digital marketing activities.

- Analyze paid advertising strategies.
- Identify market trends and customer behavior.

- Prepare periodic competitor and market reports.
- 15. Team & Agency ManagementLead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Define responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Manage SEO, content, social media, paid marketing and other specialists.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, product and sales teams.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and vendors where required.
- Review deliverables and ensure quality standards.
- Set deadlines and monitor execution.

- 16. Marketing Budget ManagementPrepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
- Allocate budgets across channels based on performance.
