Job RoleHiring for International BFSI / Fintech processes involving Voice + Chat / Chat Support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through Voice and Chat.
- Manage 2+ concurrent chats efficiently for chat roles.
- Assist customers with financial products and services.
- Candidates with Taxation / Tax Documents experience will be preferred for blended roles.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
- Handle queries accurately while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
- EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate can apply.




- Minimum 6 months BFSI experience mandatory.
- Taxation / Tax Documentation experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication – verbal & written.
- 35–40+ WPM typing speed.
- Solid comprehension, multitasking and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

? SalaryUp to ₹35,000 CTC depending on experience/process.
