Job Description:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities.

Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.

Explain course details, admission process, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

Handle student inquiries and resolve their questions professionally.

Maintain student records and update enquiry/follow-up details.

Achieve admission and counselling targets set by the organization.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Valuable convincing and counselling skills.

Basic knowledge of education courses and admission procedures.

Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities.
