Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

relevant to logistics operations.

• Handle legal correspondence, notices, and replies as required.

• Maintain proper filing systems for legal documents and case records, both

physical and digital.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including

licenses, approvals, and industry-specific laws.

• Assist in legal research, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.

• Liaise with panel lawyers, law firms, and regulatory authorities as needed.

• Provide regular status updates on legal suits or complaints to the legal

department.

• Manage and mitigate the legal risks associated with the client contracts and

agreements.

• Maintain up-to date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments

impacting the business

Qualifications and Skills





• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)/ LLM from recognized institution.

• 23 years of experience in legal role preferably in logistics or a related industry.

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Statement of Works, Non-

Disclosure agreement, Master Service Agreement, Data Processing agreements.

• Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, Customs, regulatory law, and

dispute resolution processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Duties

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission and safekeeping of legal

records.

• Assist senior legal and secretarial managers in ongoing legal matters.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all operational

activities.
