- Manage end-to-end bulk hirings across Non-IT roles.
- Drive high-volume Sales hiring including Field Sales, Inside Sales, BDA/BDM and Business Development roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
- Track recruitment funnel, sourcing metrics and hiring targets to improve conversions.
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements :
- Min 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk Hirings, preferably across Non-IT roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and aggressive recruitment targets.
- Strong sourcing, communication,
stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Positive-to-Have:
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or campus hiring initiatives.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Experience working on hiring ramp-up plans or project-based high-volume recruitment.
- Certifications in sourcing/recruitment tools or HR analytics.
