**Job Location:** Tiruvottiyur,Anna nagar, Chennai

### Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in **Business / Commerce / Any Relevant Field**

**1–3 years of experience** in Sales Support / Sales Coordination

Strong **communication & interpersonal skills**

Good knowledge of **MS Office – Excel, Word & Outlook**

Basic understanding of **sales processes & documentation**

Solid **follow-up and coordination skills**

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

### Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and in person
- Process sales orders and coordinate timely deliveries
- Maintain customer databases and sales records




- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments and feedback
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams
- Prepare sales reports and MIS
- Support the sales team in achieving targets

**Preferred:** Experience in **Manufacturing / Pipe Industry** and knowledge of **ERP/CRM systems** will be an advantage.
