Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Inbound) in Hyderabad. This is a great chance for freshers as well as experienced candidates looking to build or grow their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international voice calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain quality standards while working in rotational shifts
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior inbound calling experience preferred but not mandatory
- Chat support experience will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
