Role Overview: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

Experience: 5-12 Years

Required Modules: Core HR, Advantages, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Compensation

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure and support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Compensation modules.
- Manage end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support activities.
- Configure Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional modules.
- Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Compensation.
- Experience with Fast Formula, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
