Roles and Responsibilities

- Operate aluminum induction furnaces to produce high-quality castings.

- Monitor and control the melting process, ensuring optimal temperature and chemical composition.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience operating an aluminum induction furnace or similar equipment.

- Robust understanding of metallurgy principles, including heat treatment processes.

- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including bearings, gears, and motors.
