FP&A; Manager / Business Finance Manager | Gurugram | WFO

We are hiring an experienced FP&A;/Business Finance qualified with 610 years of experience to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities: • Annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting • Actual vs Budget/Forecast variance analysis • Financial modeling & business performance analysis • Revenue, cost & KPI analysis • Executive MIS, dashboards & reporting • Month-end close & financial reviews • Business partnering & stakeholder management • Process improvement & automation

Requirements: • 6–10 years in FP&A;/Business Finance/Commercial Finance • Mandatory: FMCG/CPG/Consumer Goods experience • CA/CPA/CMA/CFA/MBA Finance • Advanced Excel mandatory • SAP/Oracle/Hyperion/Anaplan exposure preferred • Power BI/Tableau preferred

Exception: CA candidates from any industry may be considered.

CTC: Up to 29 LPA + Variable | Location: Gurugram | Work from Office
