About us: BeAbhika is a B2C e-commerce jewellery brand selling directly to customers across India.
Role: Be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them from enquiry to delivery.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer conversations on social media, WhatsApp and calls
- Guide potential brides and other customers on our offerings based on their needs, occasion and budget
- Share a few design and styling inputs to help them choose
- Follow up, track orders and collect feedback
- Maintain customer data and prepare easy designs to share with customers
What we need:
- Good English and Hindi
- Comfort using a computer
- Interest in fashion or jewellery is a plus
Details:
- Location: Near Ashok Vihar / Azadpur, Delhi
- Full-time, 10 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week
- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skill
- Incentives start after 3 months, paid every 3 months
