Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

- Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations/team for quotations, orders, and delivery.
- Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare basic sales reports and update daily activities.




- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making customer calls and following up regularly.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
