- Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and provide excellent shopping experience.
- Arrange, stock, and replenish products on shelves.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
- Support billing, packing, and cash counter activities when required.
- Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about stock shortages.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery stores.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory handling.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Kannada and basic English communication preferred.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
