Job Summary : We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure timely, protected, and accurate delivery of products/orders to customers. The candidate will be responsible for collecting assigned orders, planning delivery routes, completing deliveries within the required timelines, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Key Responsibilities : Collect orders/packages from the warehouse, store, hub, or designated pickup location.
- Verify order details, quantity, address, and package condition before delivery.
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Deliver products safely and on time to customers.
- Use mobile applications, GPS, and navigation tools to update delivery status.
- Obtain OTP, signature, or other proof of delivery as required.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, where applicable,



and submit collections as per company procedures.
- Handle returned, rejected, or undelivered orders according to company policy.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and returns.
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
- Report delays, damaged products, incorrect addresses, or other issues to the supervisor.
- Follow traffic rules, company safety procedures, and delivery guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle/bag.
- Achieve assigned daily delivery targets and service-level requirements.
