- Regularly visit customers and collect EMI/loan repayments.
- Follow up on overdue and default accounts.
- Maintain daily collection records and update repayment status.
- Communicate with customers regarding due dates and outstanding amounts.
- Handle basic customer queries and payment-related issues.
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company collection policies.
Candidate Profile:
- 0–2 years of experience, preferably in Microfinance/NBFC/Banking collections & Sales
- Any Sales Background candidate can apply
- Candidates with field-collection experience can apply.
- Freshers may also be considered.
- Valid Driving Licence is preferred; a Learner Licence may be accepted initially, subject to company policy.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of the local language is preferred.
