Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new markets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on business progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
