- ? Roles & Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain proper storage arrangements and ensure zero damage to materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
- Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (inward/outward).
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
- Update inventory software or registers on time.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
- Team ManagementSupervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene inside the warehouse.
- Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily MIS reports, stock reports, and dispatch/receipt records.
- Ensure all GRN, challans, bills,



and gate passes are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, purchase, and site departments.
- Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper stacking, and fire safety standards.
- Prevent theft, loss, or mishandling of materials.
- Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
- Communicate stock updates to management and other teams.
- Handle customer/supplier queries related to warehouse operations.
