Position: CRM Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age: 20–35 Years

Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and queries professionally.
- Make customer feedback and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams regarding customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and pending matters.
- Record customer feedback and communicate significant issues to the concerned team.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain proper documentation.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.




- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good data entry and record-maintenance skills.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively with the sales team.
- Preferred CandidateCandidate should have 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer handling, telecalling, or a related role.
- Candidates from a manufacturing, garment, textile, or apparel background will be considered an advantage.
