- What You Will Do Handle customers at the jewellery counter.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs.
- Explain gold, diamond, jewellery quality, pricing and making charges.
- Generate sales and achieve individual targets.
- Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales.
- Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with billing and back-office teams.
- Maintain professional showroom standards and customer service.




- We Are Looking For 0–3 years of experience in Gold Jewellery Retail Sales / Counter Sales.
- Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
- Strong customer handling and sales conversion skills.
- Good Gujarati communication.
