We are looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from excavation to finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Read and execute structural/architectural drawings.
- Check quality, measurements, levels, alignment and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors and project teams.
- Track material requirements and site progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant residential construction experience.
- Good knowledge of construction activities from foundation to finishing.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Bike is mandatory.
