Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Work
- Create and edit ID card designs, layouts, and print files
- Crop and organize student/staff photographs
- Work on simple graphic designing tasks using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools
- Ensure proper alignment, quality, and accuracy before printing
Data & Excel Handling
- Manage student and staff data in Excel sheets
- Verify and organize records carefully
- Upload and process data for printing and production
Printing & Production Support
- Operate and monitor printers and printing workflows
- Learn handling of ID card printers and production machines
- Ensure print quality and timely delivery
Coordination & Operations
- Communicate with schools for data collection and approvals
- Support the operations team during production schedules
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all work
Skills Preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW/Canva or any design software
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team workplace
- Basic computer handling skills
