About the RoleRupeeland Mart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to assist customers, promote products, and contribute to store sales. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers and promotions.
- Guide customers to suitable products across store categories.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the Store Manager when required.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is neat and organised.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Support billing and other store activities when required.
- Follow company policies,



store procedures and customer service standards.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum Qualification: +2; graduates preferred.
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in retail sales or customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Lead conversion and upselling.
- Store presentation and discipline.
- Team coordination and reporting.
- Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
