What the candidate will actually doThe candidate will work on the factory production floor and help ensure that daily production and dispatch happen smoothly.
- Production planningHelp prepare daily production schedules.
- Check what products need to be produced and in what quantity.
- Manpower managementCoordinate workers/labourers on the shop floor.
- Allocate work and monitor whether production activities are progressing properly.
- Production monitoringMonitor processes for Fish, Chicken, Mutton, R2E and R2C products.
- Ensure production targets and timelines are met.
- Quality & hygieneEnsure workers follow SOPs,
hygiene practices and food-safety standards.
- Ensure processes comply with applicable FSSAI requirements.
- Order & dispatch coordinationMake sure customer orders, interstate shipments, retail-store orders and Exp Hub orders are completed and dispatched on time.
- EquipmentCoordinate routine maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Report equipment problems to the appropriate team.
- Documentation & MISMaintain daily production records.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting using computers/Excel.
- Customer complaintsMonitor customer feedback and complaints and coordinate internally for resolution.
