Front Desk Receptionist – Pet Hospital

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and confident Front Desk Receptionist to join our 24/7 multi-speciality pet hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist pet parents professionally and courteously.
- Handle patient registrations, appointments, billing and payments.
- Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Explain hospital services, packages and basic procedures to clients.
- Coordinate with doctors, veterinary assistants, pharmacy and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
- Handle follow-up calls and appointment reminders.
- Assist in managing client enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
- Support daily front-desk administrative activities.
- Inform clients about hospital packages, preventive care and available services.
- Coordinate admission, discharge and payment procedures for in-patients.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.




- Fluent in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in reception, hospital, clinic, hotel, salon, customer service or front-office roles is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Important:

This is a client-facing role, so confidence, communication, patience and responsibility are very important.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a pet hospital environment, including interacting with pet parents and seeing animals undergoing treatment.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month depending on experience and performance.
