Welder – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing/industrial plant. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal components and structures while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding as required.
- Read and understand welding drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Weld and fabricate metal components, frames, structures, and machinery parts.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and basic fabrication work.
- Inspect welded joints for strength, accuracy, and quality.
- Identify and repair welding defects when required.
- Operate and maintain welding machines and tools safely.
- Follow proper welding procedures and industrial safety standards.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Coordinate with fitters and maintenance teams for fabrication and repair work.

Requirements:

- ITI in Welder/Fabrication trade preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read basic engineering/welding drawings.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production/maintenance targets.
