Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff, including attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation are maintained as per Bistro 57 standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and outlet presentation.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, wastage, and inventory.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage of raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve assigned sales and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the management/HO team regarding operational requirements and issues.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain required outlet records, checklists, and reports.
- Support promotional activities and ensure campaigns/offers are properly implemented at the outlet.
