- Connect with prospective customers through calls and generate business loan opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan solutions.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility:

- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
