- Job Responsibilities Make outgoing calls to customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Enter and update customer details in the company system.
- Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up details.
- Perform basic computer work, data entry, and email handling.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the sales team.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with CRM/software systems.
- Valuable customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Responsibilities:

- Complete assigned daily calling and system tasks on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow company procedures and reporting formats.
- Maintain proper attendance and work discipline.
- Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
