Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, generate recent leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.




- Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in building materials / steel / pipes / industrial products will be an advantage.
