Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services where applicable
- Meet quality, productivity, and process KPIs
Salary
- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- Experienced:
Up to 4 LPA (Based on experience & interview)
