About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze and improve our scholarship products. You will work with cross-functional teams Sales, Academic, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Technologyto gather requirements, recommend enhancements, and measure impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data

analysis, and clear communication.

Role & responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation

- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories) based on feedback from Sales, Academic, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Coordinate with the Technology and Support teams to ensure accurate development and smooth implementation.

Analysis & Recommendations

- Identify opportunities to optimize scholarship products and sales workflows.
- Propose new features and process improvements to increase adoption and conversion.

Reporting & Dashboards

- Build and maintain sales dashboards, performance metric reports, and data visualizations.
- Deliver timely, error-free reports to support decision-making in Sales and Account Management.

Stakeholder Support & Training

- Provide consulting and coaching to Sales and Business Development teams on product features and best practices.
- Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for sales teams and leaders.

Project Coordination





- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of recent features and updates.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.

Ad hoc Analysis & Projects

- Perform additional analyses and support initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 24 years of relevant experience in a B2C or education technology environment.
- Experience gathering requirements, data analysis, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications (Optional): CBAP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, PMP, or similar business analysis/project management certifications.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B School (preferred).

Skills & Tools:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mid-level proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (optional).
