Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage automations using *Pabbly Connect & Zapier*.

* Automate lead flow from *Facebook, Instagram & Landing Pages to CRM*.

* Build and manage *chatbot, WhatsApp and follow-up automations*.

* Automate processes using *Google Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Drive & Calendar*.

* Manage CRM workflows, lead assignment, notifications and follow-ups.

* Integrate payment, booking and communication tools wherever required.

* Troubleshoot automation errors and ensure workflows run smoothly.

* Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.

Required Skills

* 1+ year hands-on automation experience

* *Pabbly Connect & Zapier*

* CRM Automation

* Facebook & Instagram Lead Automation

* Chatbot/WhatsApp Automation

* Landing Page Integrations

* Google Workspace

* Webhooks & basic API understanding
