Job Summary

We are looking for talented Interior Designers / Senior Interior Designers with experience in residential interiors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop residential interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, working drawings and detailed drawings.

Create 3D designs and presentations using relevant design software.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, site teams and other stakeholders.

Prepare BOQ, material specifications and cost estimates.

Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as per approved plans.

Coordinate with the execution team and resolve design-related issues.

Manage multiple projects and meet project timelines.

Required Skills

AutoCAD

SketchUp

3D Visualization





Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion knowledge is an advantage

Good knowledge of residential interior design

Working knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes and site execution

Good communication and client-handling skills

Experience

Interior Designer: 2–5 years

Senior Interior Designer: 5+ years

Candidates with robust residential interior project experience are preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
