We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, inventory movement, dispatch/receiving activities, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities during the assigned shift.
- Supervise and coordinate with warehouse staff and helpers.
- Manage manpower allocation and attendance.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Ensure timely completion of shift targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors and transporters.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
- Prepare basic daily shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and manpower handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
